I’m organising a charity strala yoga class to raise money for Animaps Asia who literally save the lives of these beautiful moon bears from such cruel existence.
I’m thinking we can roll around and move how it always feels good while raising some cash for this wonderful charity that do amazing on the ground work and literally save lives!
Saturday 14th July 3pm Primrose Hill London NW1
I hope you’ll join me x
Strala Yoga workshop for Lonely whale foundation charity event to support the strawless ocean campaign
Every day over 500 million single use plastic straws are used across the USA alone… how many is used across the world each day is unknown… but it’s a scary thought right. If we don’t act now, by 2050 there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish.
Plastic straws are too thin to be recycled and so they end up in landfill or the oceans and we all now know how desperate the ocean is becoming full with plastic.
There is even research now to suggest there are micro plastics in the air we breathe not just in the ocean and food chain.
The Lonely Whale Foundation have worked tirelessly to raise awareness and education through their strawlessocean campaign to help encourage people and retail outlets to either #stopsucking or #refusethestraw and ditch the use of single use plastic straw and opt for more eco friendly or biodegrade options.
I am raising money to help them continue in their work to helpsave the oceans and ultimately the planet and us. I would like to ask that you join in and have fun.
My event will be a fun session of Strala yoga and discussion about sustainability and how we can each make a daily difference. Strala Yoga is a non dogmatic approach to ease and natural movement with funky tunes.
You’ll feel good from the inside out, plus be doing good for the environment. Let’s ripple out a great wave of change.
Thank you in advance for taking time to read this and I look forward to seeing you at our fun Strala yoga event.
